What are the rental period conditions?

Our vehicles can be rented for at least 24 hours per day. In case of possible delays; In case of a delay of more than 2 hours, 1/3 of the car rental fee valid on that date will be charged, in case of a delay of 3 hours or more, 2/3 of the car rental fee valid on that date will be charged, and for delays of 4 hours or more, the daily fee valid on the relevant day will be charged. The rental fee is added to your contract and collected by you.

What should I do in case of any accident?

In order for your insurance to be valid in case of any damage, you must notify the emergency helpline without moving your vehicle from the scene of the accident, inform the Traffic Police or Traffic Gendarmerie teams, and obtain an "Alcohol Report" with the Police. Report". In traffic accidents with material damage, a "Material Damage Accident Report" can also be prepared if the people involved in the accident agree on the way the accident occurred.

What are the Payment Terms?

The vehicle rental fee, together with the security deposit, is collected in cash from the tenant at the beginning of the rental. Apart from the vehicle rental fee, security deposit amounts determined according to vehicle groups are collected in advance from the tenant at the beginning of the rental. When the vehicle is delivered, the deposit amount is returned to the tenant.
